Odisha: BOI Issues Look Out Circular Against Loan Fraud Accused

Bhubaneswar: The Bureau of Immigration (BOI) has issued a lookout circular against the prime accused in a loan fraud case in Odisha.

The lookout circular was issued after Odisha’s Economic Offences Wing wrote to the BOI against the Managing Director of Sambandh Finserve Pvt Lit, Deepak Kindo.

A case has been registered by EOW on the allegation of fraudulent availing of loan to the tune of Rs. 5 crores on the basis of forged documents, by Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. from Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. and misappropriation of the same.

However, after availing the loan/ finance, the accused company violated the terms and conditions of finance and misappropriated the amount without making a repayment.
