New Delhi: Odisha boy Yash Mishra got the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2020 from President of India Ram Nath Kovind at a special function at Rashtrapati Bhavan here on Wednesday.
Mishra, who hails from Bhubaneswar, received the prestigious awarded for his outstanding accomplishment in the field of scholastic achievements.
He was felicitated with a cash prize of Rs 1, 00,000, a tablet, medal, a certificate and a citation during the occasion.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik took to Twitter congratulate Yash Mishra for his achievement.

As many as 22 children including 10 girls and 12 boys were conferred with Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar by the President today.
The award is given away to children in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the fields of innovation, scholastic achievements, social service, arts and culture and sports.
