New Delhi: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today arrived in New Delhi on a week-long visit where he is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It would be Naveen’s first meeting with the Prime Minister after being sworn-in as Chief Minister of Odisha for the record fifth time.
“I will meet PM Modi on June 11 and discuss the loss incurred in Odisha due to cyclone FANI,” Naveen told the media after reaching the national capital today.
The Odisha CM will attend NITI Aayog’s Governing Council Meeting scheduled on June 15.
He will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind during his 7-day trip in New Delhi
Besides, Naveen is expected to meet some Union Ministers to discuss about Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) and PM-KISAN Yojana.
