Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch the distribution of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) smart health cards and dedicate various development projects in Balasore district today.
Around 5.13 lakh families in the district can avail the benefits of the smart health card.
The Chief Minister will also inaugurate and lay foundation stones for various developmental projects worth Rs 1476 crore for the people of Balasore.
