Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik unfurled the National Flag at Unit-3 Exhibition Ground here to mark the state-level 75th Independence Day celebration.
The Chief Minister addressed the people of the State in presence of COVID warriors on the occasion.
