Odisha CM Wishes Speedy Recovery to Former PM H.D Devegowda and His Wife from COVID-19

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik wished former Prime Minister H.D Devegowda and his wife Chennamma a speedy recovery from COVID-19.

Taking to Twitter, the Odisha Chief Minister said that he was concerned to know that former Prime Minister Devegowda along with his wife Chennamma tested positive for coronavirus.

Naveen wished the former Prime Minister and his wife a speedy recovery and prayed for their long life.

87-year old Deve Gowda said today he and his wife had tested positive for COVID-19 and were self-isolating.

“My wife Chennamma and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are self-isolating along with other family members. I request all those who came in contact with us over the last few days to get themselves tested. I request party workers and well-wishers not to panic”, the former PM tweeted.
