Bhubaneswar: Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee has constituted an Election Parichalana Committee for the upcoming Urban and Panchayat Elections in the State.
Apart from Parichalana of the election, the 18-member committee will furnish the final decision about the candidates for the urban election including the mayor.
The Committee will be chaired by CLP leader Narasingh Mishra. The members include Chiranjib Biswal, Jayadev Jena, Prasad Harichandan, Sarat Patnaik, Panchanan Kanungo, Suresh Kumar Rouray, Taraprasad Bahinipati, Md. Moquim, Saptagiri Ullaka, Santosh Singh Saluja, Bijaya Laxmi Sahu, Bandita Parida, Smruti Lenka, Sayad Yasir Nawaz, Manas Ranjan Choudhury, Janaki Ballav Patnaik and Jangeswar Babu—Convenor.
