Cuttack: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has banned Odisha Senior Men’s Team member Sumit Sharma for two years. He has been disqualified domestic tournaments for two years for production of multiple age certificates.
According to sources, the BCCI has found that the certificates presented by Sumit in 2015-16 did not match with the recent certificates. Sumit is replaced by Tarani Sa for the Odisha Senior Men’s Team for the match against Baroda in the Ranji Trophy.
