Odisha Enhances Incentive From Rs 50,000 to Rs 2.50 Lakh For Marriage Between Person With Disabilities And Other Person

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has enhanced the incentive amount for Marriage Between Person With Benchmark Disabilities with And Other Person from Rs 50,000 to Rs 2.50 lakh.

The revised guidelines for this have been issued by the Commissioner Cum Secretary to Government Bhaskar Sharma. All eligible couples will henceforth get the revised amount from the date of issue of the guidelines.

Odisha had introduced the scheme to give incentives for marriage between person with disabilities and other person in 2017.
