The teacher cluster will be developed near Gurupriya Bridge in Swabhiman Anchal of the district in order to ensure regular imparting of education in the schools of the region.
The cluster, which will be built at the cost of Rs 8 core, will immensely benefit students of seven gram panchayats. It will provide accommodation to 15 teachers in the first phase, the Minister said.
The Odisha Government has decided to set up the teacher cluster in view of the difficulties faced by the teachers in reaching schools due to poor road connectivity. Once the clusters are set up, the teachers will not have to cover a long distance to reach the schools, the Minister stated.
