Odisha Govt Approves Rs 8300 Crore Supplementary Budget, to Be Presented in Winter Session

Bhubaneswar: In a significant development, Council of Ministers headed by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved a supplementary budget of Rs 8300 crore.

The same will be presented during the upcoming winter session of the state Assembly beginning November 13.

On the inaugural day of the winter session, the presentation of the first supplementary statement of expenditure for the year 2019-20 will be done.

The upcoming Assembly session will conclude on December 19.
