Bhubaneswar: The Information and Public Relations Department of the Government of Odisha has devised an innovative idea to make people aware of the precautions to be taken to keep at bay the deadly Coronavirus.
The department has produced a cartoon theme from a famous Natia cartoons to make aware the people regarding the precautions needed for Coronavirus. While the cartoon has been a hit among the youngsters, it has a strong message for all.
