Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government will set a teacher cluster in Malkangiri district, informed School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash.
The teacher cluster will be built in the remote area in the district at an estimated cost of Rs 8 crore, according to reports.
The foundation stone for the cluster will be laid on December 18.
The cluster will provide accommodation to 15 teachers enabling them to reach their respective schools on time.
Around 15 teachers will be given appointments in the first phase which will benefit schools in seven panchayats, sources said.
The State Government will build similar clusters for teachers in other remote areas of the state in a phase-wise manner, the Minister said.
