Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Jai Narayan Pankaj on Monday assumed the charge as the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Special Task Force (STF), Crime Branch.
The Odisha Government on August 20 had announced the appointment of Pankaj as DIG (Special Task Force), Bhubaneswar.
He has replaced Ashish Singh, who has been posted as DIG Central Range
Prior to his new role,Pankaj served as the DIG of Police, Keonjhar.
