Bhubaneswar: Odisha-Mo Parivar, the social service wing of ruling Biju Janata Dal, has set a milestone in blood collection by collecting 2 lakh units of blood in just 20 months.
In response to Chief Minister and BJD President Naveen Patnaik’s clarion call for social service, Odisha Mo-Parivar has been organizing blood donation camps under Jiban Bindu programme in different parts of the State to meet the shortage of blood.
“Setting a milestone in blood collection since inception, Odisha-Mo Parivar again made an achievement by collecting a total of 2 Lac units of blood in just 20 months”, Odisha-Mo Parivar informed.
“We extend our gratitude to all our stakeholders for their relentless efforts in achieving this feat”, it added.
