Berhampur: Odisha-Mo Parivar has organized a blood donation camp in Gopalpur Assembly Constituency in Ganjam district to meet shortage of blood amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The blood donation camp has been organized at Luhajhar gram panchayat in the constituency under the Odisha-Mo Parivar’s ongoing Jeevan Bindu programme.
A total of 105 units of blood has been collected through this camp.
Ganjam District BJD President Ramesh Chandra Chyau Patnaik, Berhampur MP Chandra Sekhar Sahu, Odisha-Mo Parivar District Coordinator Subash Maharana and other BJD leaders were present at the donation camp.
BJD General Secretary (Organization) Pranab Prakash Das attended the programme thorough virtual mode and encouraged the members of Odisha-Mo Parivar to keep up the good work.
In response to BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s clarion call for social service, Odisha-Mo Parivar has been taking a number of initiatives to help the needy and destitute people during this challenging time.
