Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported a sharp decline in the number of fresh cases of Covid-19 with the state reporting only 1497 Covid infection in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases in the state has also declined to 21525 cases.
The number of total infections stood at 1268308. In the last 24 hours 3624 persons recovered from the disease. Khordha reported a decline in numbers with only 251 infections. Sundargarh, Jharsuguda and Angul have reported 101, 75 and 71 cases respectively. Three districts, Sonepur, Malkangiri and Ganjam have reported less than ten positive cases each in the last 24 hours.
