Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has said that the private buses and taxis will remain operational during the weekend shutdowns in 11 districts of the State.
As per the order of the SRC, the buses and bus stands will remain operational during the weekend shutdowns, informed the State Transport Authority (STA).

The STA stated that the private vehicles and taxis will be allowed to ply to bus stands, railway stations and airports.
In the wake of spike in the number of Coronavirus cases, the State Government has decided to impose two-day shutdowns in a week in 11 districts during June.
The districts are Ganjam, Puri, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Khurda, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore and Balangiri.
