Bhubaneswar: Aahaar Kendra of Sunabeda in Odisha’s Koraput district has received ISO certification for maintaining quality and standard, informed the Department of Housing & Urban Development (H &UD Dept).
The H&UD Department, which manages the Aahaar programme, has expressed satisfaction over the achievement.
“The Dept. is again Happy to announce that AAHAAR Kendra & Kitchen at Sunabeda has received ISO Certification for maintaining quality & standard”, it tweeted.

AAHAAR Kendra & Kitchen Sunabeda Municipality, Koraput Distrist, Odisha, India has been found in compliance with requirements of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope: Provide Subsidised Meal to Needy People Under the Flagship Program “Food for all”, reads the certificate.
This is the third ISO certification to Aahaar centre in Odisha in a row.
Recently, the Aahar kendras of Paradeep and Banki have got the recognition.
