Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided to roll out a new attendance module for +2 students in the State.
The Government has informed the Principals of all Higher Secondary Schools about implementation of a new attendance module from July 26 in the HSS e-space to collect daily attendance of students of Class 11 and 12.
Bhagirathi Kandi, office in charge of the Program Management Unit (PMU), Student Academic Management System (SAMS), wrote a letter to all the principals urging them to upload the attendance of stream-wise student at 4 PM on a daily basis for onward transmission to government.
The principals have also been informed about the detailed steps to be followed each day for updating daily attendance.
A report in regard to the attendance will also be generated at DHSE (O) level for compilation purpose, the letter stated.
