Cuttack: Odisha’s first sophisticated Bone Bank is going to be inaugurated at Sriram Chandra Bhanja Medical College and Hospital Cuttack. All preparations have been completed for this facility at the Orthopedics Department of the prestigious Medical College. While the infrastructure is ready at the department, the tender process for the machinery is on. The tender papers will be opened on the 29th of this month. The bone bank will help supply different bones for transplanting into patients who need them. The Bone Bank will help preserve the different types bones safely.

All modalities and works will be completed within three months.
