OMCs Hike Petroleum Prices; LPG To Cost Rs 50 Extra From Today

New Delhi: With elections to five state Assemblies over, the Oil Marketing Companies today effected a significant increase in the prices of Petrol, Diesel and Domestic LPG Prices. The OMCs have raised the prices of Petrol and Diesel by about 80 paise per liter today. The price hike comes after a gap of 137 days of last increase. Following the price hike, petrol and diesel prices in the national capital today stood at Rs 96.21 and Rs 87.47 respectively. Along with this, the price of Domestic non-subsidized liquefied petroleum gas has also been raised by Rs 50 per cylinder. Now, a 14.2 kg LPG cylinder will cost Rs 949.50 in Delhi.
