Cuttack: In a significant development, Orissa High Court today permitted to organise Durga Puja in Cuttack city.
Hearing a petition filed by the Balu Bazar Puja Committee seeking permission to organise Durga Puja, the Court asked the concerned authorities, to strictly follow Covid-19 guidelines.
The court further said that pujas should be held in the mandaps and unnecessary crowd gathering should be avoided.
