Bhubaneswar: Noted administrator and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, Dr. Gopabandhu Dash’s book ‘Chhaira Sabda’ has been released at a function here today.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has released the book, which comprises 83 poems of the author.
The book has been published by Basant Publication.
The author has dedicated the book to the Chief Minister of Odisha.
Previously, Dr. Dash has co-authored the book ‘Dismantling Apartheid in South Africa’ with his wife Bishnupriya Padhi.
His upcoming book ‘Dynamics of Indo-South African Co-operation in a Changing World’ will be published soon.
Born in Odisha’s Ganjam district, Dr. Dash holds the Doctor of Literature (DLitt) Degree in Political Science from Berhampur University.
During his illustrious career, the soft spoken bureaucrat had served as the Additional Secretary at the Chief Minister’s Office.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has also released the book “Surjyasta Purbaru” of Saroj Kumar Sahu.
