Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths today conducted raids at multiple places linked to Odisha State Pollution Control Board Chief Engineer Rabi Narayana Prusty following allegations of accumulation of disproportionate assets. The searches are being carried out at five places in Bhubaneswar and one place in Ganjam. According to information received, simultaneous searches are being carries out by a vigilance team led by eight Deputy Superintendents of Police, four Inspectors, five Assistant Sub-Inspectors and other staff.
The teams conducted raids at Prusty’s residence located at Kalvik King Palace, Patia, Bhubaneswar, flat at Gajapati Palace in Jagmohan Nagar, Bhubaneswar, a shop at Barabhuja Market Complex near Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, his relative’s residence at Nayapalli and a flat located at Shreekhestra Bhakta Niwas. The office chamber of Rabi Narayana Prusty was also searched. More details awaited.
