Bhubaneswar: Padma Shri Professor Radha Mohan has been passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar today. He was 78.
He was reportedly suffering from pneumonia for last couple of months.
Notably, he was the former State Information Commissioner.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik expressed grief over the death of Prof. Radha Mohan and described him as an outstanding educationist and enviormentalist.
