Pandian Makes On The Spot Review of Developmental Works In Ganjam
On his first ever on the spot review, Pandian interacts with villagers
Berhampur: With the transformation agenda on hand, 5T Secretary V K Pandian today visited a number of schools in Ganjam district.
He visited the Putiapadara school and had an on the ground review of the school’s infrastructure and education. He had an interaction with the village committee members regarding all round development of the school. He also interacted with the Headmaster and other teachers on various issues.
Pandian also spoke to some of the school students there. He also went to the schools in Nandika, Dhobadi and Sahapur in Hinjilikatu to see himself the various development aspects. He was accompanied by Collector Vijaya Amrit Kulange, SP Brijesh Kumar Rai and PD DRDA Siddharth Shankar Swain.
On his way, Pandian interacted with the villagers and members of village committees, PRI members, Tahasildars and others regarding the various developmental issues in those villages. He also issued instructions to district officials to work on the grievances received on the spot during his visit.
The focus of his surprise visit was on the Panchayat issues with special emphasis on High school education, Drinking water, Roads, Health, Electricity and Irrigation.
Earlier today he had visited the Taratarini Temple and reviewed the various developmental issues and the pilgrim amenities available there. He also discussed about the and river front development of Rushikulya river.
