Pari Murder Case: DGP Rubbishes Allegations Against SIT, Says Ensure Justice
Bhubaneswar: The Director General of Police (DGP) Abhay today rubbished all the allegations against SIT, which is probing into the Pari murder case in Nayagarh district .
Lauding the efforts of the officers, Abhay said, the team has been diligently working out clues.
Maximum number of people have been examined in the process and significant progress has been made so far, he added.
Some allegation by few people is intended to derail the probe. It is both unfortunate and unethical, said Odisha Police in a press release.
“Odisha Police is committed to fair and diligent investigation. We assure that no stone will be left unturned to ensure justice,” it added.
Notably, a college student, identified as Saroj Sethy of Jadupur village, has levelled the serious allegation against SIT chief Arun Bothra.
