Bhubaneswar: Ahead of by-election to Pipili Assembly seat, Congress candidate Ajit Mangaraj passed away at a private hospital here today, according to reports.
Mangaraj was undergoing treatment at the hospital after being tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
The by-election is scheduled to held on April 17.
