Plasma therapy has brought relief to serious covid patients in the state with four patients responding very well and they are now not in need of oxygen support. Plasma therapy treatment has been started in the dedicated Covid Hospitals in SUM, KIMS and Aswini. Last week Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had inaugurated this facility at SCB medical college Cuttack which acts as the nodal agency.
