Malkangiri’s Papermetla Police Station incharge Laxmi Narayan Muduli has created an example for others to live for the society and work for the people’s development. In the difficult and inaccessible Swabhinman area, Laxminarayan helped reconstruct a road that connects many villages. He repaired the road near Lauguda Iron Bridge that connects Papermetla with Jantapai village. With this he has helped thousands of villagers to have connectivity. He tried his best to unite some villagers to repair the approach road and successfully completed the work. He even spent money from his own pocket for the repair work. Ever since his effort to unite the villages, he has become the savior of the locals. He has become a talking point in the villages.
