Bhubaneswar: President Ram Nath Kovind is expected to visit to Odisha next week to attend the convocation ceremony at NIT Rourkela as the chief guest.
Kovind will visit the premier institute on March 21. He will visit Konark temple the next day, according to reports.
The programme at NIT Rourkela will begin at 10 am.
The President would be delivering the convocation address on the occasion.
