Prison Reforms Program: Sixty Inmates To Write Matriculation Examinations In Jharpada Special Jail This Year

Bhubaneswar: As part of the prison reforms program that is being initiated to by the government, as many as sixty jail inmates lodged in various jails of Odisha will write the Matriculation Examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Education this year. They will write the exams at the Jharpada Special Jail in Bhubaneswar. Special arrangements are being made inside the Jharapada jail for the examinations where inmates from Khordha, Anugul, Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur and Puri will sit for the examinations. All security arrangements will be made for this. The Annual Matriculation Examinations are scheduled to be held from March 10th 2023.
