Puri: Shree Purushottam Bhakta Niwas with 138 rooms is nearing its completion and will provide affordable accommodation to the devotees visiting the pilgrim city of Puri.
The Bhakta Niwas is being constructed at Jail Road, Puri. Chief Administrator of SJTA Dr. Krishan Kumar today reviewed the work of the Bhakta Niwas.
The Bhakta Niwas is a G+3 building with basement. A total of 138 rooms (120 double occupancy rooms and 18 triple occupancy rooms) will be available for devotees visiting Puri. This is fourth such Bhakta Niwas of SJTA.
All the rooms will be Air-conditioned and will be made available at reasonable tariffs. The rooms will be furnished with basic requirements, the SJTA said.
Bhakta Niwas will provide all required amenities for the comfort of devotees, including power back-up, fire safety measures, lifts, four-wheeler & two-wheeler parking space & rest sheds for the drivers.
The project is likely to be completed by the month of Kartik, the SJTA Chief Administrator said.
