Balasore: Rail services at Bahanaga in Balasore district started yesterday late evening after more than fifty hours of the gruesome accident. Both the Up line and Down lines have been restored and train services have resumed in a controlled manner. While goods train movement started first, passenger service also commenced this morning. The first train moved in the presence of the Railway Minister Aswini Vaishnaw.
According to information, a coal-laden goods train started its journey towards Rourkela Steel plant through Bahanaga at about 10.40 pm yesterday. A passenger train has also run on the line today morning.
