Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has posted senior IAS officer Rajesh Pravakar Patil as the Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
“Rajesh Pravakar Patil, Commissioner cum Secretary to Government, Co-operation Department and in additional charge of Special Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department is hereby posted as Commissioner Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation”, according to an official notification.
Patil is also allowed to remain in additional charge of Commissioner cum Secretary to Government, Co-operation Department and Bhubaneswar. Special Secretary Housing & Urban Development Department.
Detail posting of Vijay Amruta Kulange, Commissioner Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, who has been allowed to proceed on leave for one month as per his request, will be made upon his return from leave, the notification added.
