Puri: The world famous Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath will be celebrated without devotees for the second consecutive year due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
This has been informed by Special Relief Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Jena in a press briefing today.
Except Puri, the festival will not be celebrated any other place in the State.
In Puri, the annual festival will be held with the participation of COVID-19 negative Sevayats.
The Rath Yatra will be held as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court, the SRC said.
