Rourkela Selected among 10 Global Cities to Attend Urban 95 Academy Residency Week at London School of Economics

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s steel city Rourkela has been selected among 10 global cities to attend the Urban 95 Academy Residency Week at London School of Economics- Cohort 2.

Rourkela has been selected based on its proposal of ITC friendly city for slum and tribal communities, infant, toddler and caregivers.

The Urban 95 Academy is a six-week programme designed to help local governments develop urban strategies and systems that improve the lives of babies, toddlers and caregivers.

Participants will learn how to implement policies, gain effective strategies, and hone leadership skills to create urban environments that support healthy child development.
