RT-PCR Tests Start At Bhubaneswar Airport For Inbound Passengers

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation has made special arrangements for mandatory RT-PCR testing of all passengers deboarding at the Biju Patnaik International Airport here at Bhubaneswar.

In association with the Airport authorities, the civic body has set up testing facilities at the Terminal 1 premises. Those who have taken two doses or already carrying negative RT-PCR test reports will also have to undergo RTPCR test. Those passengers who are going to stay at Bhubaneswar will be allowed to leave the Airport after tests and they will have to stay in isolation till the reports come out. Those who are in transit travel are not required to undergo testing. Nearly seven thousand people daily commute through the Biju Patnaik International Airport and more than 30 scheduled flights are being operated.
