Cuttack: Senior IPS officer Satyajit Mohanty took charge as the interim DGP of Odisha Police on Thursday.
Mohanty will be holding the office until newly appointed DGP Abhay takes charge.
After assuming the office, Mohanty expressed his gratitude to the state government for reposing trust on him.
He will also remain in additional charge of Special Director General (Intelligence).
