Bhubaneswar: Schoolchildren and women on Monday tied Rakhis to the hands of BJD President and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Assembly Naveen Patnaik.
The children and women turned up at the residence of Naveen Patnaik on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan and tied Rakhis to him.
