Bhubaneswar: Schools in Odisha are less likely to reopen on scheduled June 17, said School & Mass Education Minister, Samir Ranjan Dash here today.
Speaking to media, he said, “The Centre in its latest guidelines clearly stated that the schools and colleges may be reopened in July only after reviewing the pandemic situation. So, we will make a review in July and accordingly we will take decision”‘ , minister added.
Notably, schools are remained close since March 14 due to Covid -19 and Government had announced that the schools would reopen on June 17 after summer vacation.
