Bhubaneswar: In line with Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s vision to transform the government schools, Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian has launched the ‘High Schools Transformation’ programme in Keonjhar district.
In the first phase, as many as 100 government high schools across 13 blocks in the district will see a complete transformation of High Schools into integrated complexes of joyous learning under the ambitious programme as part of the 5T initiative.
These schools will be equipped with modern facilities such as smart classrooms, e-library, science lab, sports facilities and other facilities. The main focus will be on making the school aspirational.
The 5T Secretary interacted with Keonjhar Collector Ashish Thakare and other stakeholders, including headmasters, sarpanches, aluminis, SMC members and students of the schools. Students spoke about their dreams and aspirations
