Siddharth Shankar Swain Takes Charge as Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation

Cuttack: Young and dynamic IAS officer Siddharth Shankar Swain has taken the charge as Commissioner of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC).

He has replaced Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, who has been appointed as Director, Rural Development.

Prior to his new role, Swain has served as Collector & District Magistrate, Angul.

During his tenure as Collector of Angul district, Swain has played a major role for the successful implementation of various developmental projects under the 5T initiatives of the State Government.
