Nayagarh: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the ‘Pari’ rape and murder case filed the chargesheet before the Children’s Court here.
The chargesheet was filed as per the directive of the Orissa High Court.
In the 480-page chargesheet, the SIT has accused only the arrested minor in the case while 85 persons have been named as witnesses to the crime.
The SIT was constituted in November last year to investigate into the alleged murder of a five-year-old girl in Nayagarh district.
