Bhubaneswar: The ruling Biju Janata Dal is leading by 10704 votes the end of sixth round of counting in the by-poll to the Padampur Assembly seat in Bargarh district.
In the sixth round, the BJD secured 5688 votes, BJP got 3366 votes and Congress 125 votes.
The BJD led the sixth round by 2322 votes taking cumulative lead to 10704.
The by-poll was held on December 5 and had witnessed record voter turnout of 81.29 percent.
