State Govt Offices in Bhubaneswar to Remain Closed for Half Day for New CM’s Swearing-in Ceremony

Bhubaneswar: All the State Government offices in Bhubaneswar will remain closed for half day after 1 PM on June 12 in view of the swearing-in ceremony of new Chief Minister and Council of Ministers.

An official notification has been issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department in this regard.

“In view of the Swearing-in Ceremony of Hon’ble CM, Odisha and Council of Ministers on 12th June, 2024, Odisha Govt has been pleased to declare that all the State Govt offices as well as the Revenue & Magisterial Courts (Executive) within the jurisdiction of the BMC, Bhubaneswar shall remain closed for half day on 12th June, 2024 after 1PM”, the notification reads.
