Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today said Swami Vivekananda’s prophetic message on universal brotherhood and religious harmony is still relevant for a cohesive society and peaceful living.
On the occasion of 126th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic speech at the Parliament of Religion, Chicago, the Odisha Chief Minister remembered the monk’s prophetic message on Universal Brotherhood, religious harmony, & the ideals of one humanity and said that the message is still so relevant for a cohesive society and peaceful living.
Swami Vivekananda had introduced Indian values and Hinduism to the western world in his speech at the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago in 1893.
