Agra: The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort will be open for tourists from September 21, informed Agra district magistrate Prabhu N Singh.
Singh issued the instruction to open both the heritage sites after reviewing the current cases of the COVID-19.

Other historic monuments including Sikandra, Fatehpur Sikri, and Etmaduddala were open for the tourists from September 1.
The monuments were closed for the tourists since the outbreak of the pandemic in March.
Agra city, known for its heritage sites, has so far recorded 3,459 coronavirus cases, according to reports.
