Temperature Dips in Odisha, 13 Places Record below 15 Degree Celsius

Bhubaneswar: Minimum temperatures have dropped in several parts of Odisha in the last 24 hours.

According to the Metrological Centre Bhubaneswar, as many as 13 places in the State have recorded minimum temperature below 15 degree Celsius with Daringbadi, known as Kashmir of Odisha, registering the lowest minimum temperature in the State at 8.5 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.

Other places that recorded below 15 degree Celsius include Sonepur (9.4), Phulbani (10.5), Angul (11), Baripada (12), Keonjhar (12), Bhawanipatna (12.2), Jharsuguda (12.2)Talcher (12.3), Boudh (14), Cuttack (14), Bolangir (14.8) and Titlagarh (15).

State capital city Bhubaneswar recorded minimum temperature of 16.0 degree Celsius on Tuesday, the Metrological Centre informed.
